Jack Schniepp, CFP®, ChFC® Financial Advisor
Jack Schniepp founded Cascade Financial Strategies to provide comprehensive financial planning, wealth management, retirement planning, and investment management to families, individuals, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. Before moving to Bend in 2002, Jack spent ten years as a professor and head baseball coach at Concordia University in Irvine CA. His experience and passion for teaching and coaching has provided a natural and successful transition into the realm of financial planning. Jack supports and volunteers regularly at the Central Oregon Adult and Teen Challenge. He is also active in the causes of many other Central Oregon non profits. He and his wife Stacy reside in Bend and are involved in the many local activities and organizations that revolve around their eight children (Yes, you read that correctly!).
Jack graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA with a degree in social science and a secondary teaching credential. He then went on to obtain a Masters degree from East Stroudsburg University in PA.
With over a decade of industry experience, which included two economic recessions and corresponding investing challenges, the great value of providing planning-based strategies has been confirmed over and over again. Jack’s primary focus, and the greatest need of his clients, is establishing and maintaining strategies that address the income needs of current and future generations. Jack is able to implement comprehensive financial planning for clients that encompasses wealth management, retirement planning and income strategies, impact investing, life and long-term care insurance, tax management strategies, college funding, estate planning, and positioning investments to meet these needs.
