Giving Back to the Community

Cascade Financial Strategies is a proud sponsor of NeighborImpact’s annual Foodie Crawl event! I’m looking forward to spending the evening with my wife and friends enjoying the fine food, drink and festivities offered by over a dozen downtown Bend, OR restaurants!

This is an awesome way to support a worthy cause and experience Bend’s best dining in a very unique way. As described by NeighborImpact, “This mobile feast, unlike any other event in Central Oregon, celebrates the significant role NeighborImpact plays helping people in need in our community. Proceeds from the event will help support NeighborImpact’s Emergency Food Assistance program, which delivers over 4 million pounds of food annually to supply food sites throughout Central Oregon. Every month, over 26,000 persons receive food through these locations.

Supporting organizations like NeighborImpact is very much in-line with the Impact investing that we promote at CFS. Through our Socially Responsible Investment portfolios many of our clients are able to put their investment dollars to work supporting the causes that are important to them. In a similar way our firm utilizes marketing dollars to also support the organizations in our community that champion the causes important to us.

If you don’t have plans for the evening, you’ll find all the necessary details listed below. Hope to see you there!
